Climate Quest

Climate change is one of the defining issues of the century. Do you want to be part of the action? Our focus for this hands-on climate change summer program is to understand climate fundamentals and identify measures to monitor and minimize repercussions. You'll learn about:

• Earth's atmosphere and heat-trapping gasses
• How different plant and animal communities are affected by changing climates
• Implications of warming in the Arctic 
• Regional effects of climate change
• And actions you can take at home and in your community!! 

For students entering grades 6 – 8
